Two stupid NOOBS questions

Two quick stupid NOOBs questions:

1) Did all E88 135i's come out with the eDiff? (and is there any easy way to tell if it's working?)

I know it's a really noobs thing, but it's so easy to light up the back wheels in my E88 2008 6AT N54 135i, I'm never sure if it's one wheel spinning or both.

2) Is it normal for the Default Wastegate Position and bluetooth monitoring all to still be working when a JB4 is set to map 0?

I thought map 0 was supposed to turn the JB4 off, but I still get all gauges in the JB4 app working, and can see the Default Wastegate Position modification to 100% all keeps working even in Map 0. Is it safe for me to do a MHD flash with it still doing these mods?
