Need help with some codes
Getting several codes in my car it has full intake, and exhaust as well as a jb4.
I had the car in for service a few months ago and they apparently fixed a miss fire and something to do with the valvetronic motor. Now I'm getting all of these codes. Sometimes during a full throttle the service engine light comes out and the car sounds like it's running on 2 cylinders. I can clear the codes on the spot will driving and it starts running fine again. I've looked through several list and couldn't find any of these codes. 2EF2 - This is the only code I found on the n55 list using adobe to search the codes (ctrl f) Which is missfire cylinder 5. The dealer "apparently" fixed that issue. EFE2 F012 F022 EE20 0000 0002 EEC2

Not sure on the codes, but misfires are usually down to plugs and coils. Since you're tuned, changing the plugs every 15-20k miles is probably a good idea since they're so cheap. If they're newer than that, odds are it's probably a coil or two. For your N55 that's about $215 worth of parts out the door ($50ish for plugs, $160ish for Delphi coils) and will likely cure the misfires. If you're over 50k miles it probably makes sense to just do all your coils at once since it doesn't sound like you work on your own car. I'd highly recommend an indy shop rather than your dealership who will kill you on part prices and labor. It's less than two hours of labor, for what it's worth.
Can't speak to other issues you may be encountering. |

My fuel trims are also sitting at 25 which seems to be very low. I actually do most of the work on my car besides things like alignments, been a big tuner since I was 16 owning a 1986 944 then entering the 4g63 world now getting back into a german car instead of jdm. I have an extended warranty for another 15k miles currently sitting at 60k so I took advantage of that but I'm unsure why its getting missfires now. I had the car in georgia and it ran fine on 93 or e85 never any issues. I come up to oregon and only have 92 available but occasionally add some octane booster. Could the 92 octane be causing this big of an issue or is it just time to replace things. I had 3 injectors replaced and and several other things by BMW everything else was inspected and in good condition.

Just went and had an alignment done and got some 255s put on the rear fronts still had 70% tread so left them 215 for now but will be going 225 soon.
Still haven't found anything on most of the codes I'm getting but only issue seems to be the missfire then the car going into limp mode sometimes(probably due to the missfire). I ordered new bosch coils and plugs hoping to get those in by friday and installed to see if that fixes it.

I'm using the code reading directly from the jb4. I have the android interface, I'll pull a log later today when I go out. Just about to head to bed from the graveyard shift.

Here are some logs I took with the jb4 the gauge on the android app shows my afr readings as perfect but from what I seen in the logs they are a lot of lean and rich spots. That's as far as my knowledge goes with this and if anyone can give me insight on what could be wrong.
