M5 Wheels== Played out?

I have SP, I just slapped them on, only heard one hit on a BIG bump, thats it. The ride comfort is 100000 times smoother if you can believe it, when I dumped the RFTs.

sup ash I just got the same car last night man im so stoked!!! i saw pics of your car yesterday before i went to the dealer and sure enough they had one there all opened up just blinging way better than the xi i ordered.. I saw the jet black next to the sg and realized the sg just isnt sporty at all!
The only difference is no xenons and sportpackage! Im going down to get your rims today in a couple hours.. I seriously cant believe people said they were played out...theres not one sole atleast 100miles from me that has the same car even!

wow, keep me posted on what happened, so you already have the car? I love the rims, the rims are not played out in my opinion, I don't see 1000s of e90s with m5 wheels on them. If I see one, which is very few, they have like 16" rims. Are you getting them from DTM? You live close, did you talk to Herb?

not sure who i spoke with but yes im going in person right now to DTM to have em put on! Im not sure what tires ill get yet whatever i see best that he has ill get..
Im an hour/half away so ill post a pic later tonight of my new ride for u!
Tint is scheduled for monday morn!

I have 19" CSL wheels in my 330i and I love the look and the ride is 100% smoother, forget RFTs.

I ordered my M5 wheels last week should be here by tuesday :rocks: !! I ordered mine from Herb at DTM, and I live in NY and their shippin them all the way here.

no, from the looks of it (to me) an M6 replica wheel is made by Moven its called the M6, I got my M5 wheels from DTMautowerkes.com, they have the Moven M6 wheels on the main page (i think their the same) call Herb at DTM and he'll tell ya everything ya need! i was lookin at those too but i went for the M5, good luck!

Thanks man did u put on the spoiler yourself or did u have someone do it for U? and could u take a pic of the rear of your car id like to see what the blacklines and the spoiler look like together back there? Im pretty sure i want the spoiler but not to sure on the blacklines..have u done any engine mods yet?

No engine mods, only thing left is tint. I love the blacklines so much better, but then again its personal perference. I had the spoiler in with my deal, so it was on there when I picked her up
