Seat stitching issue

Just noticed some stitching starting to let go on my driver's seat. Swapped these in a few months ago and already something

It doesnt seem like the seam is letting to at all...is this stitching just cosmetic?

How would you go about repairing, if at all?
If this stitch doesn't do much, maybe I'll just cut off the bad piece and secure the remaining ends with a leather repair adhesive?

I have a similar problem on a rear seat. Same Coral Red leather too.

Take it to an upholstery place and get a quote
Looks like the entire lower cover needs to come off to fix it correctly
