drive shaft rear section interchange n54 vs n55 manual
anyone know if the rear section of the driveshaft / prop shaft is interchangeable between manual N54 and N55 135i's ?
My rear seal is leaking and I'm having trouble sourcing any used. LOTS Of MT n55 out there, 0 N54. I suspect the rear half of the prop shaft is the same on n54 and n55 manual cars, and only the front half is a different length

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
