Don Doria is the go-to guy there: no nonsense, patient, pleasant and personable.

My Dad was a "Year One of the (Bangle-era) 7" guy a good 6 yrs ago and I went right back to Don for my own Year One 135i. Tell'em "Eric @ MTV" recommended you so he gets an idea of just how 'net famous he's become!
