our cars must be right behind each other.
same thing happend to me also with the OC being faster than 1800 #?

i call my CA everyday to check the status of my car. i bet he has it on his schedule for each day,( a little bitty spot that says "call the psycho about his car".

i figured that since I've bugged my CA about the status of my car 100 times already, I'd give him a break and just call him this weekend when he should have a delivery date in mind. after the 3rd or 4th time, i always end our conversation by thanking him for his patience.

My car is now supposed to be getting to the dealership on Friday...sometime. Which means it might get PDI'ed that day or it might not. I'm thinking of calling the service manager at my dealership and offering him a steak dinner if he can get it done. :-) A little gentle persuasion never hurts.

My 1er is currently getting loaded on to a truck and is scheduled to be dropped of at the port tomorrow AM. This weekend is a possibility but midweek next week is more realistic.

Hey guys! I know you must be close because I just found out today that I'll be picking up my 1er on Thursday! I'm so excited, hub can hardly keep me on the ground! I'm looking forward to seeing pics of all of our new "babies" soon! Cheers!

Nice! I think I will also be sneaking into the dealer lot for pics before delivery.

must be nice i cant pick mine up till June 10th, because they have to register the car.

i ordered my car from a diffrent state so they have to send papers all over the US!

These pics were actually sent to me by a friend who works there. I've been lucky to have an inside 'eye' keeping me informed. :smile:

I understand your pain, we had to deal w/ that when we bought the MINI from another state. PIA ! You're not far though from delivery..hang in!

Look on the bright side, guys: if your car hasn't arrived yet, it means you don't yet have to succumb to the modding-sickness. It also means you haven't started your payments yet...

I've had my Pacific Breeze car (as I'm calling it) for 7 days now, and have already ordered clear reflectors, aluminum performance pedals, performance shift knob, and a V1 hardwire kit. And I promised myself -- NO mods.

I've also lost an entire day of my life doing a wash/clay/wax detail.

Everyone take out your wallets, open them, and gaze fondly inside. They're going be quite a bit emptier after you take delivery... :wink:

Wait, this post was intended to make everyone feel better. Somehow I think I may have missed the mark...

Agree. I'm going to put pedals, alarm, bumper protection film, tinted windows, V1 hardwire on the car.

Not to get off-topic, but try to spring for ceramic tint if possible, to avoid killing your V1's rear detection. I'm paying an extra $75 for Llumar Axxess 30% (or something like that).

I was on Jupiter Diamond...2 days behind PB..and my CA said my car should be arriving possible today if not tomorrow. Yep, I have shadowline grills, GP Thunder 7500K and tint awaiting her arrival.

I'd say about 6-7 days from when boat docked...who knows if it unloaded immediately which I highly doubt since they were backed up. Hopefully for you, not longer than that...maybe a few days quicker if they are caught up.
