Anyone tried BMW's own products? Not especially the wax but stuff like wheel cleaners etc?

How do you rate it?

Like everything with BMW, I tend to find their stuff overpriced.

Their game is cars / bikes and not waxes! I would rather stick to the professionals. No doubt the BMW stuff is re-branded, so probably an idea to find out who's stuff they rebrand.

i have found a local detailing supplied that sells this dodo gear. so i am going to grab some this week..

googling around it seems hard and soft wax are very similar, just personal preference. taking into account my le mans blue, am i best going hard/soft and color/generic?

I've got both.

I set out a base of hard wax and then layer the soft.

If you are not into waxing in a big way stick to the hard - it is more difficult to buff off but the shine will last longer.

The soft is really easy to apply and remove but doesn't have the longevity, hence I use it to enhance the hard wax layer.
