I did a search, but i haven't find a exactly answer.

I plan to get a set volk re30.

size: 18-8 offset 40 front with 225 40 18 tyre
18-9 offset 40 rear with 245 35 18 tyre

will them fit perfectly without any problem even i put on a coil overs??

They would be really close. Ive seen 18x9.5 et 45 fit in the rear so it would be pretty close.

i dont think them will fit perfectly though.

How about 18-8.5 offset 40 on rear will this fit without rubbing.
?and also fit with enough space for putting a coil overs(like bilstein pss10 or some KW product?

8.5 ET40 will fit fine. 18x9 ET40 should be okay but it's a little on the aggressive side.
