Good luck with the wait. I just read yesterday that the company supplying the robots that installs the interior is about to file chapter 11, but waiting for debt owed to them by GM to file.

Not invoice, but locked in at MSRP ... I tried many dealers and most wanted "market rate at the time of release" which most likely would be about a 5k markup .. others came out and said .. 5k over msrp ... I went with the dealer that said we will sell at MSRP .. I hear there are a few deals to be had out there .. but not too many. Crowley

I think msrp is probably a good deal to get it right away, thats what I got on my 135i to get the first one exactly how I wanted it. Enjoy the camaro, its a good looking ride and will hopefully help gm. It should provide you all the driving excitement you could want as well. The wife wanted one when transformers came out, but our next vehicle has to have a little more utility.

So what is it about the Camaro you like better than the 1? Or just trying out something new?
I think the macho styling and sound are better. But everywhere else the 135i is better. |

good luck with this... it's amazing the used value of a 135i.. it did have the 3rd best resale value of any car in the 3rd-4th quarter of 08... behind the Fit and Cooper Clubman..

One thing is power and "potential power output". Much greater potential with the SS. Missing the V8 as well .. I would bet the 135i will handle a little better. All and all, the 135i is a great car that I like to drive and overall I would consider the 2nd funnest car I have had to date (with #1 being my 2004 Cobra). Crowley

I bet the camaro looks great in person, I saw a couple challengers a week or so ago and loved them. Didn't like the pics when they came out, but really liked it in person.
