Hiya,

I'm buying a set of tires from a member but don't know what the best way is (secure for both parties) to make the purchase. Do I ask seller to send first and then I pay through paypal, or should I pay first and then he sends.

Also, what if it gets screwed i.e. what if buyer or seller is dishonest. Have I lost out on my hard earned money?

theres no way if i was selling an item, that i would send the item first, then let the person pay..

the standard is you pay then the seller will ship once he gets the payment.

Or if you're really worried, you could pay a few bucks extra and do COD. Then you pay the delivery man when he comes to your door. If you don't pay, he won't deliver the box!
