Am I the only one who had a horrible experience with Patrick BMW in Schaumburg? I left since they wanted me to fill a credit application before giving me a quote, which I found totally stupid and insulting. And that was after desperately trying to get the attention of the salesman while he was watching a hockey game on the TV of the show room!!!!

Just got a call from the SA (at Patrick BMW). He asked who was the last dealer to work on the car. Schererville BMW. Well, they screwed so many things up he said. Literally have to dismantle intake; o2 sensors, etc. Good news is, new HPFP and 2 injectors authorized for replacement. Bad news: Car will not be ready before Tuesday afternoon.

Moral of the story: Do not go to SCHERERVILLE BMW.
