I took my 1 series in for service today and the whole experience was excellent! I highly recommend them for service in NOVA area.

Worst dealer ever. Don't get me started on all the times they damaged my car or my wife's car, didn't do repairs properly, didn't communicate well, etc. I will never go there again!

As I live much closer to Tischer, I have not used BMW Sterling for service. But I did purchase a CPO E91 there last May and the transaction was handled in a thoroughly professional manner.

It seems that the SA makes all the difference at Sterling. I'm in the same boat as bbo and cy3, bad experience and will never go back, but every once in awhile somebody on here says they were great.

Come say hi to me if you come by BMW of Sterling! I work IT here and my desk is located in the MINI showroom. Ask for KC!

On another note, I do realize sometimes the service side gets backed up and runs out of loaners (we are expanding and opening up another building that will be solely shop bays), but what were your bad experiences here? I can always recommended a good service advisor and make sure you are taken care of.

I do have it here. I actually have everything on now. The rear diffuser, the trunk, the hood, and the front lip. Let me know when you are coming in!
