Doran Racing 128i ST in Continental Tires Series - BMW 1 Series Coupe Forum / 1 Series Convertible Forum (1M / tii / 135i / 128i / Coupe / Cabrio / Hatchback) (BMW E82 E88 128i 130i 135i)

Hey there everyone...BJ Zacharias with Doran Racing here.
We are campaigning 2 128i's in the ST class of Grand Am's Conti. tires series.
I have asked if the mod's can get us our own section here ...where we can let everyone know how we are doing.
The cars have proven very fast in our first outting...unfortunealy..our #14 car's rear end (while running 3rd in the first hour)...hand a strong meeting with a Honda Civic's front. We lost 2 laps trying to remove the fender from dragging on the tire.
Our #4 car had an even worse fate in turn one which ended its day.
Homestead Speedway next weekend is Round #2 of the series where we were able to turn the quickest time for ST during the 2 day post season test back in Nov.
Hopefully we will get our own little section here and we will keep you up to date.

Doran Racing has an opening in the #4 car for a qualified and funded driver.
The race is this coming weekend at Homestead Speedway.
