Newbie Here
Hello all.. This is my first BMW. Im comming from the subaru world. I picked up my 09 135i with 31k miles sport/premium/navi/hi-fi sound/blue tooth/m package and tire package for 27k out the door. Looking foward to modding at my local shop active autowerke...A couple of questions any mods to be able to view a dvd movie on the navi? Any way to make the car honk or beep when you lock it? other than that i figured out how to use all the other features.. I will post some pics as soon as i get home...

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your 1er!
As for your questions, I'm not sure about playing a DVD using your nav, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that it is possible. The car audio or general forums would be a good place to start looking for answers to that one. You can most definitely make the car beep or honk when you lock it, all you need to do is look in the owner's manual. If your car didn't come with an owner's manual then there should be instructions on how to access that feature through the cars on-board computer on the BMW NA website. Thanks for the warm welcome and the info. Will most def do some research at work tomorrow..The more I drive the car the happier i get. I took these two quickly at the dealer will do a mini shoot at the beach and get some nice hi res shots...

Well When i was in my suby I used to meet on bird and 94th a shop called miami power wheels. My friends still meet thier on thursday around 9ish I will be there this thursday if any of you wanna pass by your more than welcome. im trying to get my friend with his m3 to come out. He just installed active cbe and tunning. it sounds sick as hell. Thanks again for the warm welcomes. Im on kendall and 147. Good to know thiers other guys that drive the 135i cuz lately ive only seen girls driving them and i was starting to think i bought a chick car lol.....
