Ask Sam. (Sarracino89) I think it depends on the HIDs that you install in them. Some may throw codes...

Got a pic of them from a good angle that doesn't kill the camera because these bad boys are crazy bright!
Individual LEDs can be seen in the reflection...

@Daniel those look really good! Is it good in sunlight?
I've been considering depos but the frog eyed bulbous look puts me off although it doesn't look as bad with angel eyes illuminated. |

Just get the Euro version (I think is the only one they sell?) people won't be looking at that bulb... just the cool euro clear sides and the awesome rings! Turn heads for sure.

The leds you must join them by their color and them you connect it to the wires that go to the small light (dont forget always red with red and black with black dont cross colors!!) |

I upgraded my headlights to the Depos. I got MTEC 6000k and changed AE bulbs it came with to side firing LED's I bought from Ebay. I think overall for the cost and one of the only options I had it turned out pretty well. Except for the 4 dead spaces on the AE but I will live....

I noticed in the third pic that the passenger's side light doesn't appear to fit as well as the driver's side. Is this a fitment issue or just a need for readjustment?

Ha yeah I didn't notice it until you pointed it out. I adjusted the top placement screw and it moved up a lil. Thanks for pointing that out for me.

Yeah I think they turned out great.. I attached the night time pics to the bottom of this post as well they are not the best shots but they give you the idea...
The HID's are- MTEC 6000k HID CONVERSION KIT 9006 H7 H11 880 893 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ht_5949wt_1217 The AE LED's are T5 wedges http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-SMD-LED-T...#ht_9328wt_984 Neither the HID's or LED's thew erroros and I did a check and came back good. I don't have any issues with pulsing or flashing from either. I really need to get the orange side markers turned off |

Yes they were, but I figured I wanted it to look somewhat decent. I heard a lot of different opinions with the HID's Mod's or Jlevis sold with their DEPO's. So I looked around and found some good reviews about the MTEC HID's. So far they are exactly what I wanted and give off a great amount of light with out the errors or the odd color hue. The MTEC kit was a well put together product. did not feel or look cheap. I didn't see or hear of anyone else doing this type of combination so I figured I would go for it and give it a shot.
All together I spent around $6-700. But I am happy with the outcome.. |
