My car is scheduled for production tommorow, July 29th. I was also told that I would have it by the week of August 22nd. The wait is killing me!!!

August 22nd is little optimistic. My car completed production on july10. As I did ED on it and dropped it off on July 19. Its waiting to be shipped and I expecting it to be here on Aug 22 week. But who knows?

Where are you located? If in the US, I doubt end of Sept. probably more like 1st or 2nd week of Oct. for a car with CA, since they're not starting production until Sept.

I'm in Ireland. The dealer swears it will be here end of Sept - I'm telling myself early October. He never mentioned any problem getting CA...

HI.. CONSIDERING A 330 AND SEE YOU ARE GETTING A XI.... NOT MANY IN THIS FORUM GETTING XI , WHAT EXACTLY IS THE DIFFERENCE. I KNOW ITS AW DRIVE, BUT IS IT ON DEMAND OR ALL THE TIME. ALSO DOES IT CHANGE THE GAS MILAGE MUCH. THANKS.

ME TOO!!

The XI has the new XDrive which is 4 wheel drive only when the system detects slip. But I didn't get it since it'll just burn more fuel and it won't really get you out of situations in the snow anyways.

I ordered a 320d SE auto last week - expected to be built week 2 in September and delivered in week 1 of October. Can't wait!

Would have gone for a 325i but I do a high mileage and with the cost of fuel in the UK it made sense to go for diesel. I'll have it 'chipped' when it's run-in so it'll have bucket loads of torque!

Spec: 320d SE saloon, auto/steptronic, 160 alloys, sports suspension, anthracite leather/cloth, jet black, sports steering wheel, electric seats+lumbar support, grad-tinted windscreen, mirror package and satnav.

Can't wait!

I placed my order on July 18th and won't take delivery until October because I ordered the Comfort Access (not available until September production). By ordering early I saved the 1% increase that will go into effect on September 1st.

Anyway, here's what I'm getting:

330i, black leather, aluminum trim, PP, SP, CA, PDC, heated seats, Sirius, power sunshade.

Should be awesome!
