Something new has been added to the garage.

Fresh off the boat after a year of waiting. No contrast blue stitching though. =( But does have yellow seatbelts!

Great pictures Greg, although I don't believe you. the Cayman GT4 is available in manual only.... is it not true that the third pedal option cannot be used by yourself?

Ha to everyone. No...no...that's not really my GT4...was just messing around. A friend/co-worker just got it after she, yes, she, had been waiting forever for it and sent me those pics.

And I can drive a manual just fine for the most part, 90% of the time, just hurts occasionally and probably isn't that safe, so I unfortunately don't want to buy another car in stick and have to worry about it or have it cause pain. I still contemplate the 1M on occasion, but have to restrain myself and talk myself down from it, cause I know it's not a good idea for me...unless and until I get a new robohand with built in, long middle finger extension.

I'll see if I ever get a chance to drive that GT4, though considering her own husband isn't allowed to drive it, I'm guessing there's not a snowball's chance in hell.

I'd love to own a Cayman GT4 but I seem to be partial towards the Boxster Spyder just in the previous generation where I preferred the Spyder over the Cayman R.

Anyway, what do you think of the GT4 in the flesh? how does it sound? how's the interior (is it pretty "stripped out")?

Copycat! The difficulty is in that once you go black, I hear it is difficult to return.

Ooh, that's a rare find since I can't imagine many 540 owners were getting them in stick, at least in the US. I bet if that was a touring, too, you'd have almost died. Alas, I fear you're more of an E34 addict than 1addict. =P Hope you're still at least enjoying the IS.

I love my 135is, don't get me wrong. I just needed a fun DD as well, as I don't put the dog in the 1er.

Just saw this rare bird and rare color combo I don't think we've seen on an IS before, and a nice treat for Kouper to give some convertible love. Here's a titanium silver on coral red convertible that clearly was driven with 46k miles. Hardly been a single picture of a titanium silver, which I contemplated, and looks good with the coral red.
