black would look good--Sapphire black may look a little ricey in the sun--has a bluish metallic look

I was thinking of going that route to match the mirrors but then I may have to continue with the black and white theme on diffuser, front lip, etc. instead of carbon fiber. For $88 maybe ill go for it.

I saw in the f30post thread a guy got him to ship a matte black, that may actually work being as stock diffuser in matte anyway.

I got my CF one in yesterday and installed it last night. It actually looks pretty darn good for $150. The weave is good, fitment was perfect, ect ect.

Ill try to throw up some pictures later today.

That looks amazing, even more for the price. I inquired about having a two toned spoiler, with the BSM on top and from behind CF. I guess it'd be the CF variant with the top painted BSM. I'll let you guys know what they tell me. If not I guess I could get the CF version and take it to a friend's shop and get it painted.

Well lets see how it handles the weather in Tampa over the next couple of months. It's been consistently 95+ degrees with a lot of humidity for at least a month, usually doesnt start cooling down till middle of october/early november. If it still looks that good then... I'll be happy.

I'm reaaaally interested how it handles Tampa, as I live in Puerto Rico which is 85-100 most of the year with 80-100% humidity. Let us know!

I believe I have one on my car. It was on there when I bought it. I bought the car from Atlanta and I believe it has been in the south since Oct 2010. No clue when the spoiler was installed though. Yellowing isn't bad, but there are spots in the clear, I'll take a picture of it when I get off work today. Is there any way to know if these are actual CF? I've been debating on whether I want to paint it or get it sanded and cleared and that may be the deciding factor.

I put a pretty generous layer of DoDo Juice wax on it. Hopefully it helps protect it over the course of this summer. The car is up for a full detail sometime this month, probably near the end of it once im done with traveling for a little bit then. Ill report back to this thread as soon as i see the slightest signs of yellowing. For now though... it looks absolutely stunning.

So I spoke with the vendor, they will do the half CF half painted with the color code of your choice for $189. It needs to be emailed to them, so they paint the spoiler and send you pictures, if you're satisfied you send the payment and they'll send you the painted spoiler.
