My best guess either the sway bars or the M3 parts loosened up.
One more thing... you are lowered now. Are your endlinks too long now? (just a thought) |

It can't be end link length or else I would have it on both sides. When I get a free afternoon Im going to just reseat the spring again. I bought some spring compressors and everything I need to do it. I freaking almost had it all apart yesterday cause I dropped the allen bit inside the top of the upper spring perch, FML. good thing I have small hands/fingers, lol.

D'oh. Okay. I'd like to try to free those UUC ones up some day, so I have a spare set. Sorry, but I told you initially that I got the Velocity ones, then said don't get those ones. They have far to small of a mating surface on the inside bolting surface, and would not stay tightened on my car. How did yours fare? |

Phil was the one who took the hammer to fender. I thought he would be gentle to my baby, but he kinda beat the crap outta her. I worked the dents with my fender tool a little and it looks better. Ill need a good hot day and a little time to make it to my liking though. I wont be taking it back there thats for sure and this gives me a reason to buy a hammer and dolly set . I like buying tools, lol. I can do two things to make them fit as of now if I want to continue down this road. raise the car a little more and get an alignment to bring the toe in a little.
second option: stock springs, dinan camber plates, 235/40 265/35 kuhmo excsta's and keep direzzas on my performance wheels for the rainy days.

good news to all who have read this long borin thread. One stock spring is in!!! Takes spring compressors and then pretty much clamping the camber plate on top of it until you can fit the nut on then a hammer to smack the spring into its seat. The passenger side camer plate's three nuts that connect it to the tower were scraping the upper spring perch which is what was probably creating all the noise. either way I am excited to have figured out one side. Gonna start on the second side when the sun comes out. If I have time today Ill do the rears. got my fingers crossed for a squeak free start up!!
