I just called the OC. The girl said as of yesterday my 135 is on the boat! She didn't know which one. I'm guessing it may be on the Pacific Breeze w/ the rest of you West Coasters. I'm gonna call the salesman to see if he knows which boat for sure.

I have an office near (~1 mile) from the new Rallye showroom in Westbury. I had bought a Mercedes from Rallye in Roslyn in '02. It was terrible as was the service. I went to Habberstad in '05 for my 330i and have nothing but positive experiences since.

Anybody have a production completion date on or after the 16th and gotten on a boat headed to the east coast? Its killing me that my VIN still produces no info in the shipping companies website.

MY SA just called and said I made it on the Fidelio. I have high hopes that the rest has made this boat too. Quickly call your SA and demand them to research!!

Lacrosse, my experience at Rallye has been ok so far? I guess sometimes one has to get lucky with the SA they draw? Why can't all salesman just have a code of ethics to abide by?....hmm then they wouldn't be salesman then I assume.

Anyhow! GO FIDELIO!!!!

i just called and got a "scheduled for production with no confirmed completion date," which is annoying because i ordered in the beginning of march. How long does it typically take to get from this point to "production complete?"

i ordered mine at the end of march, and mines on a boat already.
your dealership f'd up.
i would say you still have like no more than 2-3 weeks.

I ordered at the end of March also, but my dealer modified an existing order that was coming to the lot. I suspect yours did the same. They told me at the time that if I wanted to pass up that allocation it would probably be late July when I got the car. I would guess his dealer had an allocation that was just out a little farther than ours.

Have you tried tracking it yet with the VIN number on the carrier's website?

As far as I know mines not on a boat yet. I haven't called my SA to ask. There's another boat going out on the 29th, so I'll wait until then to call.

I have read in some other posts that there's a couple of days lag between the car getting on a boat and the VIN showing up on the website though.

Mine was completed on the 16th. It was on the Maersk Wind boat on 4/22 but this info wasn't available on the 800# until the 24th and BMW OC until the 25th. The boat docks in NYC on Sat., May 3rd. I'm hoping to have the car 2 weeks after.

Hello all,

My vehicle vin does not show up on the tracking site yet. However, the OC has the car en route. The new OC also has my car installed with the steptronic package??? I seriously hope this is a mistake. Anyhow, anyone else confirm if they are on the Fidelio yet?
