Also, the true twin turbo inline 6 sound really comes out in that video.

If you close your eyes, it sounds a lot like an RB26 at full tilt....for obvious reasons, not that that's a bad thing.

leaning towards the HPF Intercooler, it doesn't bother me that I will need to cut some of the inner plastic away.

Why do you ask?

Went with wagner for now. I am not about to cut up car, yet. It is only 620euro and I can always change it if I found anything better. 420ps with dp, fmic and tune sort of convinced me that it should do the job.

Fair Call, Definitely the guys at SouthernBM have been on it with us since day dot. Give you a run down on it. At Akrapovic development takes time mainly due to 2 reasons, Thorough Design/Testing and QA on every step (from prototype, to tooling, to the layouts, to the production items themselves). These "never skip no matter what policies" are good on one hand (you never get a dud product and you get what you expect from Akrapovic), but challenging on the other when even after min. 20 years of developing titanium systems for teams/aftermarket and OEM - you get hit with snag after snag!. Still that is what the QA and Thorough Design/Testing are for as then we are always able to send out products we don't ever want to see back! - its what you'd expect. Quality is paramount, even if we come out horribly late. The delay still sucks though.

Enjoy the system Alpine! can't wait to see the shots

Cheers

Erik
