roadfly censoring E90post

Roadfly.org is censoring any post with e90post in it... I think this is BS and not what all of these forums are about... They should be about sharing knowledge and love (or Hate) for BMWs NOT about making money from sponsors which you might loss if another board is doing a better job...

check out this thread

PS I post as "cas" over there.

I tried to posted this below to roadfly

That's why I stopped going to that site. It's got all kinds of crap like that going on, including some real nasty posters who post anonymously and just rag on people. Maybe you can complain and have the censorship removed. Who knows if the administrators of that site even pay attention to people's feedbacks tho.

I guess all marques have this bull****. In the Saab world TSN (The Saab Network) are exactly the same... funny they even have the same forum software and layout as roadfly... must be something to do with crap out-of-date, out-of-touch forums or something.

I also used to frequent Roadfly's E90 room but was turned off with the childish exchange going on there. That's why I now spend spend most of my online "bimmer" experience here.

Let us all make an effort to keep this a high quality/value forum.

The are also censoring the following:

"66.246.192.170"

I stated my opinion of this on a post in the E90 forum over there, so lets see if it gets deleted. At least this whole incident lead me to finally get off my lazy ass and finally register here instead of lurking. I am also on bimmerfest and bimmer.info frequently. Hi everyone!

e90post rocks

I hate censorship. I also hate whiners. This site, as well as e90 style, Bimmerfest and e46/e90 fanatics are great. Rock on all!

Drive fast.

I think many of you will agree with me that this is the best E90 Forum out there. I too have been members of ones like club3series, but none come close to this one for reliable quality information.

I found the other boards tended to diss the E90 instead of being enthusiastic about it. Yes I agree that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but to diss and whine about something constantly is just a waste of typing time.

Rock on E90Post.com :rocks:

I just laugh at all the E90 bashing that goes on at the other boards. I mean its fine if you're just giving your opinion on it but to write up a whole tirade against BMW and about how you think this car will seal the doom of BMW and the 3 Series' dominance of its class is just silly.

Let it just be said that this car rocks and it WILL continue to dominate everything else in its class for the forseeable future. IS350? I mean c'mon, it might be fast in a straight line but do you really think Lexus is gonna change after so many years and not feel like a Lexus now?

I think those that blast the E90 are secret admirers deep down.

The problem I have with that site is navigation. Boy I need to click on every link with a thread to view the post, that totally sucks. I hate the way they nest within a thread. Even more there are more people who hate E90 then like it. I stopped browsing a while ago...

I totally agree. Rudefly. I don't think there are any moderators over there... or at least any moderators with good taste. It seems to be full of spoiled kids and angry people.

That's why I'm over here. Childish insults, boorish moderators, Lexus drivers...
Let's bury them with a positive, helpful attitude and help this board grow.

They have. They just know they won't survive 30 seconds here with all of their B.S. They'll starve to death.

I couldn't agree more. Have loosely followed some of the E90 info last year on Roadfly but I hate the layout and the content is 5th grade recess now (yo dude - like can I cram 20's on my 325i that my parents bought me last week?). I've always loved BMW's - rich kids at school had 'em and I couldn't wait to snag a 2002 as soon as I got a job (couldn't afford a new 320i but that tii seemed like a F1 car to me at the time). I take my car obsession very seriously and frequent forums like this for good info and to enjoy fellow car enthusiasts. Got out of 5th grade a long time ago - let 'em keep the kiddie garbage over there if they want! $0.02 - YMMV.

Well put volsfan.. I say let them keep cursing at each other over there at RF.. and let us have good discussions like we having here. RF can act at as a quarantine for all the forum trolls.
