ElevenPointFive: BMW 135i 1/4 Mile Racing Video

ElevenPointFive compiles footage of a number of my 1/4 mile passes at Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga, Ontario, Canada. The introduction of the video represents the manufactuers and supporters that have made my success at the track possible while contributing to the endless amounts of fun that I have had with this incredible car.

The car is the 3rd quickest and fastest recorded non-nitrous N54 powered BMW on the planet. It has also recorded the quickest and fastest N54 1/4 mile traps and times on any track other than Sacremento Raceway.

Probably. Do you have music on it? Thats the most common reason why they block videos here.

I can appreciate having music, but I'd really love to hear the sounds of that monster with no distraction; that's sure to be music in its own right!

The problem with the video without music is that you will hear nothing but wind distortion tha drowns out the car sound when the camera was mounted externally. All you would hear is crazy wind howling into the camera mic.

Thanks man, I did not use a go pro. I suction mounted a Kodak HD flip camera to that back of the car. The mount was awesome and I was really surprised with the results.

Its never boring, you just need to be relaxed behind the wheel in order to launch the car and stay focused. I would like to try a run a manual but I am a touch out of practice.

The next upgrade will be Rob Beck turbos. I want to try and nail a 10 second pass without Nitrous.

very cool Irish! I as well would of liked to hear the growl from the beast but instead we heard the growl of the background singer...sounded like he was barking.... like a Dawg

although as a musician i can appreciate it.. ...but REALLY like the final production and that camera on the car rocks....give us more on your next runs!!

I have an idea based on the feedback I have received so far. For the next runs I will mount a mic behind the back bumper and above the tailpipes. It will be protected from the wind and I can capture the sound of the car.

I will then combine the mic sound capture with the footage to make a true enthusiast video
