WTB Black/Black 135i N54, 6MT

Looking for an N54 based 135i coupe, 2008-2010. Would prefer under 50,000 miles. Still under original warranty or CPO a plus.

Jet black or Black Sapphire exterior, black interior. No other interior colors please.
(may consider White or Sparkling Graphite exterior if other options are what I'm looking for)
Black outside trim.
6MT a must
M Package / Premium Package
Black or silver interior trim preferred but I know the wood trim can be wrapped so I wouldn't rule that out.
Performance spoiler a plus

Basic mods would be okay like larger intercooler, JB4 Gen 5, catless downpipes...the basic bolt on stuff. VMR V710 wheels a plus.

I'm located in the Charlotte, NC area and would prefer to keep the search in a 500 mile radius.

BSM with blk interior with the Boston interior trim
The green on the car is paint over plastidip which I can remove
It has a 6 puck clutch, clutch valve delete, CPE axle back exhaust,

I have a 2010 135i, N54 engine with the M sport package, the following are all factory installed upgrades. Car has never been tracked. Space gray metallic, black interior.

1. Performance short shift kit, 6 speed manual transmission

2. Performance power kit (which includes 2nd radiator, high capacity cooling fan, performance power ducts, and performance software upgrade

3. BMW factory performance exhaust

4. BMW stainless steel performance pedals

5. Shadow line exterior black trim

6. Interior aluminum trim

7. Both seats are motorized power 8 way, lumbar support

8. Currently have continental DW tires, non run flat

9. BMW Spare tire kit on alloy rim with cover, jack and tools imported from Europe

10. Full service records available, 1st oil change performed at 1000 miles and every other change done at 5,000 mile intervals

11. Power sunroof

12. Has BMW comfort assist (keyless entry and keyless start)

13. Includes BMW all weather mats in the front

14. Special tinted windows, non metallic ceramic - doesn't block phone or remotes signal

15. Bluetooth phone connectivity

This car has been garaged, detailed every 3 months, washed weekly, no accidents, no scratches, no dents - looks as good as a 2010 could possibly look in immaculate condition. The car does have 59,000 miles, single owner all maintenance performed at dealership and obviously no smokers. Plugs changed at 49,000 miles. No add ons except those performed at the BMW factory or dealership.

This car is equipped identically to the 135is.
