Broken dash vent louvre

I'm not having much luck with the search feature.

How do they come out? Best replacement source?

Seems like you can just get a new vent.

Part numbers here:

I get my parts from getbmwparts.com

Not sure which one you need, but here's an install for the side vent.

(use page 1, ignore instructions for thermostat insert)

For the center, someone says just to use a plastic pry tool:
