6 MORE DAYS 'TILL PCD!!!
After waiting almost 8 weeks, I am finally within a week of driving my new 128 (SGM, S.Beige, iPod, Xenons, Cold Weather, Premium HiFi). I'm driving my Jetta down to Greenville from Ohio with a friend, then driving the '1' to the ocean for a day, drive back to Greenville to pick up my VW, then drive both back to Ohio. If my math's correct, come Sunday morning, my 1200 mile break-in period will be a thing of the past!
Cheers! |

I pick up my 128 six weeks from yesterday. Let me know whether you drive a 128 or a 135 on the autocross. I heard of at least one other person picking up a 128 that drove a 135 at the school part. I guess no 128 test cars down there. I am sure the 135 is great, but I would prefer to drive what I am actually buying.

true 'dat
I've driven the 135, and for me is just too much HP and Torque for a daily commuter. I would prefer to drive a manual 128 on their course so I can really feel how it can perform. My CA told me one of his customers went down probably 2 months ago to pick up his 135...they didn't have any so they let him drive an M3! That would be awesome!!!
But I'd still rather the 6M 128. Can't stand the wait! |
