Got her a new parking spot!

After 14 months of planning, I've finally got her up in the air! (+ a bonus pic of post detailing)

What a crappy winter beater - I but you can't wait to drive the 1M once the snow is gone!

Haha yeah I definitely don't enjoy as much as the 1M! Although this winter has made my town a sideways playground in the S5, I've decided to trade her in for an F80 as soon as the weather breaks.

I think you can get by with 10 ft or less depending on what you plan on parking underneath it. I was building from scratch so I went with 14' ceilings

How far is the roof from the ceiling, and lengthwise, how far is the center of the car from the front wall? Doing some lift-planning myself!

No clue on center of the car measurement, I've got about 13" to the ceiling with the lift on its highest locks (about 4" below its highest setting). At that lock height I can park my wife's Cayenne Turbo under it with its roof rack. The lift is a bendpak HD-7.

Thanks. It's actually only a 2 car, due to lot constraints. I would've loved to double the footprint but there's a Japanese Maple that's too nice to interfere with...
