116i crashed, electronics ubder the carpet? Wet...
I have found a crashed 1 series I'm close to buying, but it's been standing out in the rain, with smashed rear and rear side windows.
The water level is just over the carpet. Does anyone know if there is any electronics under the carpets, which doesn't like water...? Or anything els that might be damaged due to high water level? |

why would you want to buy that. Its going to cost more to repair it than to buy a new one. Since now not only is it a wreck car, its also a flood car.

I see you don't know the price levels in norway... The damage repair when i fix this will be approx. a fifth of the sales value...
No electric seats... no PDC which has its control unit beside the batteri... As far as me and my local dealer has found out, there isn't any control units or electronics under the carpets. But thabk you for answers! |
