Not Certain What To Do
I've located a 128i Vert that could work but isn't perfect. Sapphire Black/Sav Beige; Cold, PP, Sport, Manual Trans, Xenons, Ipod. I like the equipment but am nervous about the black. Offered $2k off MSRP
Better to wait and order exactly the color I want - which I don't even quite know yet? I hate not knowing if the price will jump up, but it could be a small price if I end up having a dirty black car all the time! Sigh... |

Exterior color is one of those things I think you need get exactly what you want. If you're apprehensive about it, I would suggest not pulling the trigger, especially since it's black. Black looks great, but it takes so much care to prevent swirls - it demands a lot of attention and if you're iffy about it, you'll probably end up regretting it a few years down the road when it's not "showroom new". That's my take on it.

It really depends on if you are planning to own the car for a couple years, or just leasing for short term. If you are planning to own for awhile, it is probably better to pick the exact options and color that you want.
