We're setting up the photoshoot for some time this week or beginning of next week. Still have a few things to tighten up on the car before we do the full on photoshoot!

LOL thats a good one! We do like to come up with creative thread titles, definitely draws attention in the cluttered commercial sales thread.

Here I go agaainn on myy owwnnn......
Anyway, the hood is on! Been on for close to a week actually. Since we're getting major coverage on the shoot from all sorts of press, we need to finish up a ton of stuff such as: fitting a new rear tire, finishing the roof , the interior pieces, getting the car detailed, downpipes installed, intake installed, sending the ECU out for ESS Stage 3, etc etc.... Then to top it all off we need the photographer to clear his busy schedule for a day in order to fit us in! We were going to post more "teasers" but figured we'd just wait to give you guys the full release. Anyway, we weighed the stock hood the other day at a whopping 44 lbs, and our single sided hood weighed in at 22 lbs Thanks for staying interested everyone! Can't wait for you all to see the car - it looks so sick! |

Let me say, the hood looks 50 times better on the car than what they pictured. Cant wait for the shoot!

Ok.. I am sorry but that isn't what I imagined the vents to be.. why not have it where the M3 has it.. that looks weird.. is there an option to not have the vents at all?

There's two hood guys.... this is the iCS Vented Hood, which is for the more race-inspired fellows.
There is also a more subtle iCS Hood which is a la BMW M3 - makes it look like an M1 from the factory. |
