Any photos? Also, you keeping or selling it when the 1M comes? A 1M CSL would be wicked.
The CSL is a keeper for life! It's a very special and fantastic car!!! And I'm definitely keen to see how it compares with the 1M when I finally get it!

some photos of the CSL are here :

Given up trying to upload pics here - keep coming up with some expired token error hence most of pics of my cars are on my flickr and photobucket sites. There are also some pics of the BMW Classic Museum which I was fortunate enough to have visited including some invitation only sections as I was over in Munich last year navigating a UK forum member in a 2002tii in the Bavaria Tour 2011!

Did that as soon as I got it - dropped all oil, brake fluid, coolant etc out, changed all filters etc.! And the tyres were the Pilot Sports Cup semi-slicks which were hard as rock hence they were swapped very quickly too!

1st owner apparently lived overseas and had the car living at a mechanic's place to be run 15kms on the dyno each week!

Amazing collection and images! Some truly remarkable cars. Congratulations!

I really love your CSL - looks immaculate and the 2002tii in the Adelaide Classic (?) - must have been great fun.

Loved the Porsche Museum pics and the one from your drive day - really lovely bits of kit.

Thanks! Yes - it was the Classic Adelaide - Tour event rather than competition as I didn't want to have to bolt a roll cage in - but definitely had a ball doing the event on some of the best driving roads!

Classic Adelaide would definitely be great fun, especially with a group of friends. Friend of mine has done the Competition Event a few times in his early 911 and loved it.

Would love to partake someday - just need to find the time. And the skill...

Yes I am, how much?
They quoted me US$299 shipped to Sydney for 1 set. I'll get a price for roughly 4 sets shipped. I'll start a separate thread, to see gauge interest.

They have a RevoZport lip, no CRT style as yet unfortunately.
I'm thinking about the RevoZport boot lip spoiler.

Thanks - I am very fond of the E24 - It's not the fastest but IMO I absolutely love the design and driveability! - I'm in the process of stripping it back to bare metal and removing the sideskirts kit and and returning it to stock!

Been told by my dealer yesterday that 1M production for Australia will end in July. However, China will continue to get the car.

Hi - New Member

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. Am a new member to the site. I picked up my 1M back in Feb, and have not regretted the decision to get one at all.

Thanks for the welcome

Thanks for the welcome - Quick question. For those who got their 1M's in Melb, did you get your M drive day?

I am not in Vic, but shouldn't make any difference.

Mine was sent out approx 10-12 weeks after delivery from BMW Australia.

If you are unsure, just call BMW Oz and not your dealer to organise.
