COBB-
I have had experiances with your AP on two platforms. On both platforms your flash file had imbeded COBB files permantely in the ECU. When both cars were brought back to stock and brought into the delearship for warranty work, the dealership knew I had reflashed the ecu with cobb software and the delearship voided my warranty. If the AP is released on this platform, will we have the same issue? |

**Edit** Let me explain our process. When installing the AP, there is data written to the ECU that allows us to identify what is on the ECU. When the AP is fully uninstalled the original stock ROM is written back to the ECU. We leave no traces on the ECUs we work with when uninstalled. I think $900 and under is a fair price. This is on par Giac and less than Dinan. However with the AP you get the ability to self tune or Pro tune and have several different maps not to mention gauges, data logging etc.

Some of the vw tuners figured this issue out. It has to do with the access point numbering system. Looking forward to the numbers... |

I had an AP on my 2010 Ralliart from the end of may till the end of july and then some old lady hit and totalled my car. I have a 2010 135i now, would there be anyway I could send my old AP to you guys and get a discounted price on the new AP for the 135i? I loved the product and I am def going to get it again so if you guys could give me something for my old AP that would be awesome.

So there will be different "maps" and if I want to go back to stock tuning the flash loader can simply flash the ECU with the backup it made previously? Making it completely untraceable to BMW?
