It's supposed to drop right in. At least I hope so because I have a set that I haven't put in yet but from all I've read it just goes right in.

Your seats aren't new. They look like you never conditioned the leather. You also dragged the rails on the cement. I've seen entire interiors go for 1200ish in far better condition. Just sayin.

Man, people will never understand the differences in leather seat if they didn't own both 1 series and M3.

The premium leather used in M3 tended to look older/ softer/ wear quicker than the type of leather use in 1 series.

To me, the op's leather seats are in good condition and it's priced reasonably. I don't see any cracks as well.

I own both 135i and an e90 m3 and I think you're grossly overhyping the M3 premium leather..

I had an e90 M3 as well with the novillo leather and it was as soft as a baby's ass. The leather in my 135i is as soft as an elephant's ass. I'm no leather expert but the two felt night and day to me.

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Kidding, of course but our Boston leather is not the greatest quality.

In terms of fit, the M3 seats feel way better then 135i sports seats. More support. Love mine
