135i Front Brake Calipers

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold
Shipping Costs Included

Item Interest
I am selling my Front Calipers for my 135i. Calipers have about 60k miles.

Calipers are in great shape with normal cosmetic wear and tear. The pistons and seals look excellent to me, but you can judge for yourself from the pictures as well. I purposely didn’t clean the calipers so you can see the condition right off my car and not hide any leaks.

Asking price is $600 and includes shipping in the US. I am located in SoCal.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

May I ask why you are selling? And will they be plug and play in a 128i? Thanks!

Yeah of course. Upgrading my brakes has been on my want list for maybe 10years haha. I came across a deal I couldn’t pass up so I went ahead with the purchase. The factory brakes were totally fine for me.

So, as with most upgrades, I didn’t “need” to upgrade the brakes. I just enjoy modifying my 1er and hopefully improving what came with the car, even if I never use it.

Hopefully that makes sense. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

As for compatibility, I think so but I would have to verify.

Update: So the front and rear will bolt up, but you loose the e brake because the shoes won’t reach into the rotor. That’s a problem if you are MT. Switching to a 135i hub should fix the issue. See post 9 here: https://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=509477

Okay thank you for the reply!

I’m a SoCal native (South Bay to be exact).

Let me do more research on the e brake situation.

Thanks for your time.

Sorry for the late reply, never got a notification of your post.

I went with m3/4 brakes. https://www.1addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1905900
