E87 Lost Beeps & Bongs

Hi, I recently installed an aftermarket headunit. An ATOTO F7XE which runs a Linux system. I installed it with a canbus to make sure it started up okay and worked with the car and the systems, etc. However, there’s a few things wrong with it which I don’t know if there’s a fix for but the main issue is I’ve lost all car sounds. So low fuel bongs or parking sensors are completely silent now. Is there anyway to fix this without taking out the radio again or splicing cables? We kind of “once its in it isn’t coming out and if it does it’s not going back in” the radio so don’t want to mess with it too much.
