STATUS UPDATE BELOW, CHECK LAST POST!


The car has 16k miles on it so far, always garaged and well kept. Living just north of Raleigh, NC so anyone within driving distance to pick up is preferred. Car has the Msport and winter packages, so heated seats, msport suspension, sunroof, black leather interior, sportronic auto tranny (not sure if i covered that), prologic sound system, automatic climate control, IPod connection in glovebox works thru stock headunit.

Blue book value on the car as it is now is $29k and I am looking to sell the car as is with all mods installed. It will still be a loss to me but less of a loss than would be to part everything out and go through all that trouble. Here is everything I have that was professionally installed and ALL with less than 10k miles usage.

-HPF Intercooler
-ER black anodized chargepipe with HKS SSQV BOV (medium pitch)
-Maddad whisper 3" catback exhaust with maddad catless resonated midpipes (absolute best sounding exhaust Ive heard on the N54!)
-BMS dual cone intake with -1500 miles, no issues, excellent sound and perf.
-M3 28" front sway bar with bushings (stock bar included in sale)
-BMS JB+ -2500 miles, just the right amount of umf to push the 1er to the limit
-35% tint all around, 99% UV blockage, 99% tint on windshield same UV and glare protection. Done Sept. 2011 (local shop warranty good for 3 years)
-18" VMR 701's 18x8.5 et45 in front, 18x9.5 et50 in rear. Michelin 18" PSS tires with 90% tread remaining, 235/40/18 up front and 265/35/18 in rear. Wheels are custom powdercoated matte bronze.
-H&R 3mm billet spacers up front
-Minor mods such as rear mudflaps, grocery grabber dual hooks on inside of trunk (VERY useful), Macht Schnell red air scoops in great condition.
-Lux V3 Amber angel eyes (just installed)

I have no plans as of yet to sell these or any other mods on the car unless I have serious interest in the car without the mods. But honestly, everything I have done to the car so far really accentuates every aspect of the 135i, ive spent alot of time to choose each thing carefully and obviously havent gotten to any suspension parts yet because of the cost and huge installation required.

So with all current mods installed, I am asking $31,000 obo. for a car that has a value of atleast $36,000 with the mods, plus the cost of labor, etc. This will still set me with a loss after figuring in orig. costs as well as labor for all parts (most installed by a trusted local shop in Cary), however my loss is your definate gain. I am looking for serious buyers willing to offer a security deposit, there will be no immediate sale as of now. Post any and all questions related to the car and sale. Thanks for looking!

No stock wheels, I do have both sets of wheels u see in the pictures, one is a 17" set with A/S tires, the other is the 18" vmrs.
I have most of them, except for the stock midpipes and a couple other parts. But I would much rather sell the car as is with the mods left installed hence my still very reasonable price with mods

I dun really understand the big mash on auto's nowadays. I know some people are just nuts over them, but with how fast the shifting is with this auto, and the better mileage overall, and the convenience during the 95% of the time your NOT "racing" around..the auto just makes sooo much more sense. But, too each his own.

I would be more than willing to include all the stock parts I have for a bit extra. Id hafta tally up a number for you. Fyi, I do NOT have the stock midpipes, sold those awhile back, but everything else pretty much that ive swapped, I have the stock parts for and they are in perfect condition. Sorry about the quality, my nikons battery just fucked itself over so these are with my iphone, and the darkness is cuz everytime I tried to flash it reflected off EVERYTHING in the car
So you can see most of the interior, the new amber Lux V3 Angel Eyes I just installed, more shots of the engine bay which still looks flawless, and the 2 grocery grabbing hooks I installed in the trunk. They are secure and ive used them more times than i can remember with loads of groceries that NEVER fall over again Sometimes I think even with the perf mods ive done, the grocery grabber one is probably the best mod I myself have installed on the car. And yes the Amber Angel Eyes look fucking gorgeous, I may hafta keep the car now

BUMP UPDATE!

Ok, change of plans and thinking a bit here people. After a few test drives and speaking with some dealers about lease options, etc. I have decided I am def serious about wanting to sell the car and move to something else, and sooner rather than later. If I go through with the car I am looking at seriously, I wouldnt take possesion of that car till around mid May or a little before perhaps, so a decision would be necessary soon, but pick up would not be rushed and could take place around that time. When I say a decision I mean a security deposit paid which I am lowering to $3k FIRM to secure the deal, rest obviously would be paid upon receipt. Also I am lowering the price to a FINAL $31,000 which includes EVERYTHING. Not only all the mods installed on the car, but also all the stock parts I still have including the axleback exhaust, intercooler, chargepipe/diverter valves, kidney grills, intake and filters. Both sets of 17" and 18" wheels and tires also included. Only thing NOT included would be the brake mods which have yet to be installed, I just decided its best to just cancel that as I am serious about selling the car now and theres no motivation to install them unless specifically asked for by a buyer.

Keep in mind this sets the car's value at well over $36k including the blue book value along with mod expenses, etc. This is a killer deal for such a low mileage 1er in great condition with tasteful mods.

Please PM or post with any additional questions or concerns asap. I am really looking for a deal decision for a private sale within the next 2 weeks, otherwise I will likely be forced to trade in the car at a bigger loss to me AND you potential buyers, which I dont want to have happen. So get back to me!

Well you should change that almost to a definately

Whats wrong with the auto? Shifts faster than a manual, still have manual shifting with the paddles and shifter, much more convenient and relaxing but still plenty sporty

Oh and time is almost up for the car being available as is. Im giving it one more week and then its getting parted out and traded in. $31k as is is too good a deal to pass up, and chances are, with the trade in amount plus what I would get for all the mods, id probably make more than $31k but im offering to the community for a short time, plus id rather that than go to the trouble of parting everything out.
