What Nav do i have?

Ok so im totally lost with this whole CIC vs CCC Thing. I belive ccc has a dedicated dvd drive for maps while cic has an inbuild hard drive. so now for the confusing part.

Here's my car. No dvd drive. but i do have sat nav.




Here's another AU Spec 135i and it looks like its got a dvd drive as well as the cd drive.

You have a CIC, running old CCC software in a non-HD screen... is this factory-installed?

Picked it up from bmw like that last week. Any idea on what would happen if i put the HD screen in it?
