Keyless entry is standard. Car comes with 2 FOBs. (Keyless entry means you dont have to physically open the lock, instead you push a button on the FOB to unlock the car.)
Comfort access is where there's a groove on the door handle so you can open the door without the key in your hand simply by touching the inside of the door handle or lock the car by tapping the top of the door handle. I have found that the key FOBs are weaker range-wise with comfort access. Also with Comfort Access the keys have watch batteries. So those need to be replaced every so often. The regular key fobs have rechargeable batteries that recharge when plugged into the car. Last edited by Venom; 05-28-2012 at 02:01 PM.. Reason: accidentally a on |

The devil of rechargeable batteries is eventually they will go out, but they should last at least a few years. If the battery seems weak to you, let it go dead, and cycle your batteries into and out of service. Even when not in use, batteries age and lose their dependability.

Recharing generally requires electrical contacts, but there don't appear to be any.
