Moda EB1 rims look great on my 1er and tire question

I just had Moda EB 1 18 X8in rims(tirerack) and Bridgestone LM 25 225/40-18's (closeout deal!) on my 2009 135 M-sport. The rims look fantastic and the ride is much better. No question now that I hated the runflats.
Anyone recommend 225's vs 215 on the 7.5 in stock front rims when I get new summers mounted?

I had read somewhere that it may improve understeer with the 245 rears. I would also take advice on summer rubber to go with. The Hankook Ventis V12 evo sounds excellent. I want good performance (no track) with emphasis on ride and comfort.
