Took on a Porsche 987 CaymanS from a roll whist both cars were in 2nd gear. I find the N55 midrange is the strongest point on this car so it didn't surprise me to see the Porsche in my mirror, however the Cayman certainly out performs in the bends.

Best kill to date was a 2013 CTS-V coupe. He was probably 100% stock, but it was still a very proud kill of mine.

I've taken many a supercharged Mustang, newer or older generations. Sometimes they'll stay with me, I've lost to a Terminator, but most of them end up in my rearview.

I took a newer supercharged s4 AWD but i was not stock, and not sure if he was the "current" model...it couldnt have been older then a year or two... I beat him by like three cars.

Don't feel obliged to answer this, but, do you guys just pick these races on local highways? I'm just too paranoid to have that type of fun for more than like 5 seconds lol, and even when I muster up the courage, the roads are usually shitty...

P.S. forgot to mention I'm in metro-NYC area so there's traffic about 20 hours out of each day...

COBB Stage 1 Aggressive 94oct.

2009 Mercedes SL500 (382bhp) - I pulled a couple of lengths and was increasing nicely before we ran out of space.

2004 Mercedes ML500 (280BHP) - The guy played dirty and floored it while we were rolling off from some lights while carrying more speed than me (I was doing 25mph, I'd say he was at 40mph). I hadn't made it out of 2nd gear yet (MT) so just punched the throttle, probably matched him by the time he hit 60mph and burned off down the road making him look like a total tool. Power vs Weight; I have more and less .

Porsche GT3RS - Never a real race but we had a great country drive through some awesome turns. He was just playing with me I know that but he was really respectful of my car, his car and the road. Anyway, I got to the end of the road first .

BMW 320d - All the time, everyone who buys this car is an a-hole who wants to prove that their little eco engine is going to keep up. I lose count of how many I've schooled but I don't even bother now.

Several on the track but a few on the Highways...But i too get paranoid...especially when passing entrances from the access road...never know when a cop is going to sneak onto the highway behind you....but with 5 seconds WOT your reaching close to 100mph speeds...depending on how fast you were already going before you floored it. My runs maybe last 7 or 8 seconds. Thats a big enough taste for the other driver. Ill let off after and apply breaks to get back to the speed limit...i dont let it coast cuz it takes forever to slow down, which increases the risk of a cop cathing you on a radar. Roads in San Antonio Texas are decent and traffic is not too bad at night...

I still can't believe I jus outran an Audi TTRS from a dig(red light) to about 100 or so. Barely had him by half a car length b4 we ran out of road. It must have been driver error on his part bc im only running cobb stage1 aggressive.

Why? You have less transmission loss and with Stage 1 Aggressive you have more HP and more torque...providing the TTRS was stock.

After the launch I'd actually expect you to start pulling on him where the Quattro system is of little or no benefit any longer.

Edit: To cement this I had a drag with an RS3 a while back when I was stock. Rolling start, we were side by side with nothing in it.

Kills:
Integra GSR - lol
RSX-S - lol
N55/DCT 135i vert - 1/2 a car from 60-130+
E46 M3 - Just barely started edging past him from 60-130+
a loud 370Z - Neck and neck all the way through the gears
modified Mazdaspeed3 - 40 roll, worked him out to 150+ and he was a dot in the rearview
Turbo'd Mazda3 sedan 60-150, just barely got him on the top end

Special Honors!

Ferrari 458 Italia: This one had me dying. I kinda know this guy, as he talks a ton of shit on local car forums because he is quite wealthy, has a lot of cars, and doesn't know how to be humble. Anyway, he started laughing at me for even insinuating that I had a chance from a 60 roll, he only drops down two gears. That was a mistake. His NA power curve in 4th/5th gear was not sufficiently ready for the boosted Bimmer. I took off in 3rd, and he couldn't seem to pass me at 120+. I think I hurt his ego a bit.
To give a bit of perspective on this character, his snobbery/gall actually landed him on the front page of Jalopnik a few times, look for his "LP2000 Murci" (that cannot start, run, and has had the block cracked and welded for "reinforcement":
http://jalopnik.com/the-most-outland...made-248864338

There's been a handful of others that I can't recall, I haven't had the car very long.

I easily walked TWO tuned cars at the same time since they both initiated it. A loud VW Corrado(tunes unknown) and a clean lowered Acura TL-S with exhaust&intake. Btw have anyone had a run against a stock Lexus IS-F if u did what was the result and mod done to ur 135i?

Sadly, true story. That was my last car, and although it's louder and much more of a driver's car, it's not even close to as fast.

6 speed with just Intake/Exhaust
*Note: My N55 put down @ 291whp on a Mustang Dyno when 100% stock.

2010 Audi RS3 Euro - On the Autobahn from ~45-120mph = Tie. 100% Driver's Race. Would've pulled me if we kept going. Car was stock at the time

1996 Lancer EVO IV RHD (modded, ~300hp) - 45-120mph = Win, 5+ Car lengths. It's on Youtube. Claimed since he beat an M3 with a bad driver, he would destroy me...

2002 Pontiac WS6 Trams AM (modded ~400hp) - 40-120mph = Win, 1/2 Car length. Said his Auto tranny was slippin'..

2008 Nissan 350Z Nismo (modded) - 40-110mph / 50-95mph = Wins, 4+ Car lengths. 3 races, and completely destroyed him. He had 1 passenger. Was hoping for a close race. Gave him 2 chances in case of missed shifts.

2001 Ford Mustang GT (Boosted, SC?) -45-90mph / 40-100mph / 35-130mph = Wins, 3+ Car lengths. Guy wouldn't give up.

2002 BMW 540i (modded?) - 10-60 mph = Tie. I was shocked, if we kept going, He would've won I think lol

2011 Nissan 370Z Vert (A/T?) - 70-115mph = Win, 2.5 Car lengths. He jumped and still lost. Most likely an auto convertible.

C5 Corvette (modded) - 40-90mph / 45-120mph = Tie, Loss 1 Car length. Manual, He had 1 passenger. That 'Vette was deaffening loud lol

2010 Dodge Charger SRT8 (stock) - 5-105 mph = Win, 1 Car length. Both punched it in 1st gear after creepin' of a green light. I spun for a little bit. Very nice guy.

2004 Cadillac CTS-V (modded M/T) - 45-90mph / 55-105mph = Tie, Loss 1.5 Car Length. Another screamer. Open headers and all

2009 Hyundai Genesis 2.0T (slightly modded) - 40-85mph = Win, 2 Car lengths.

2010 Dodge Challenger R/T (stock?) - 40-100 = Win, 2 Car lengths. I harassed (rarely ever do) a beautiful B5 Blue SRT8, but he wouldn't run. Prob cause his wife was in the car

2011 Jaguar XF Supercharged - 25-90?mph = Loss, 2+ Car lengths. I gave up at around 65. For a huge tank, car is wickedly fast. Plus it wasn't in a clear area

Honorable Mention

*2010 Porsche 911 Turbo(modded?) = No chance, but for fun. 40-80mph / 45-105mph = Loss, and Massacred. I would hang with him in 2nd, but when I'd shift to third, that car pulled like a Rape Ape, insane. Gave me a thumbs up for trying though lol. His turbo/brake spool was one of the loudest I've ever heard.
