A mechanical fix also has to removed everytime you go to the dealer, if you're concerned about the dealer seeing that you've moded the car.

If that's your main concern, you're probably best off going with the Dinan flash. No need to conceal the modification.

Replacing a piggyback, exhaust, IC, etc everytime you go to the dealer is not efficient. If you pay to have that done, you'll be paying for 4+ hours of labor everytime you go to the dealer. Excessive IMO.
+ 4 hours to put everything back...

mechanical fixes will not work on our car. The electronics are too sensitive. The BMS O2 sim is working great

Umm, ok.

We've dynoed and got 27whp, Shivs dynoed and got 60whp, Helix has dynoed and got 60whp... Correction factor at 0. What is your suspicion? That downpipes don't work? They aren't functional? That the stock 1.75 inch flow is better than our 3 inch flow? If you've owned a turbo car in the past, you will know downpipes are absolutely functional. Oh, by the way, a stock B6 A4 puts 200 flywheel hp made 20whp and 40wtq with aftermarket downpipes. Just wanted to give you some "facts" rather than suspicions.
