Depart Saturday 6th Feb for a cruise from Melbourne to Bairnsdale Overnight at Bairnsdale Riverside Holiday Park (8 person suite is booked) Short walk to the Main Hotel for a feed and a few beers Depart Sunday 7th Feb for the Great Alpine Rd cruise via Omeo to Wangaratta Lunch in Wangaratta before driving back to Melbourne via the Hume Hwy

Doing this with a mate late Jan, albeit a different route. We're doing to do one of the targa high country routes again thrown in. I'll see if I'm up for it again a month later, but it will be a brilliant drive for sure.

Amazing weekend! There was a good turnout and a good bunch of people. Was great hanging out with the guys in Bairnsdale, had an awesome time.
Wasn't the first time I've driven on the Great Alpine Rroad but I haven't driven the tight sections north of Hotham before so that was a good experience. See the posts towards the end of the thread here for all the pics (quite a lot of them): http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1207359
