How many of you are interested in an oil cooler setup?

We might have something in the works for an oil cooler setup, made directly bolt on to the 135. Clean install, using a Setrab oil cooler. I have a few made already from production and am willing to give a special rate to the first 5-10 people.

The more interest and deposits made the more savings can be provided. Everything is made and warrantied in house - no shipments, no duties, no hassles. Let me know what you guys think, I am primarily looking for Ontario based consumers as I will be providing the install...however things could change depending on interest.

Thanks guys.

PM me your zipcode and I will check for you.

Installation is simple, it does require MINOR trimming of a few panels however it is something that can be done in the garage of your house.

have you done much testing to see how much cooler it runs and etc?

I might be interested for a good price, and i'm fairly local, so won't be hard for me to get there and get it installed.

Changing out the oem oil cooler (and not paying Dinan's outrageous cost) is high on my list of must-do things.

Please PM me (or post) with details.

Thanks!

No problem, wish i could comment on it`s performance for you, but the car has been pretty much sitting still since i got it back. I`m back and forth to london a lot, and the london area has had about 5 feet of snow, the the Jeep is getting a good workout, and the 135 is getting a much needed rest.

if we get a couple of nice days i`ll bump up my map setting and see if i can get the oil temp higher and see how it performs.

nice thing about the building i live in, the underground parking is pretty big, so i can do a couple laps once in a while.... still just not the open road

I hadn't heard that about Sarnia, I guess i won't be headed to the states just yet to do any shopping.

They were saying the only thing that stopped London from calling in the guard was that the electricity never went out.

As stated in the original post, we use a Setrab Oil cooler for our units. The distribution block is CNC machined and we use high grade seals on all fittings. The distribution block uses OEM oil seals from BMW (in case of need of replacement, it can be easily sourced locally for anyone).

PM me your email and I can send pics at your request. I noticed your location, if you are interested in a quote I would also need your address for shipping purposes.

The only thing keeping me from jumping on one of these is that it is out of my budget right now, and not on the top of my list of things to do. Other than that, I think that this unit is brilliant.

*Note the bottom bracket is not omitted from the kit as a revision. It will mount using side tabs (black painted and hidden). I have sent pics to The1, but will not post it without his permission.
