Im pretty sure they have some wiggle room on the price.

Why did you sell back into trade?

I sold mine privately to a private buyer and maximised the price. I actually got my asking price.

Speaking with many traders and dealers, these cars are comfortable at around the £40k-£42k mark, with good spec, genuine and condition. Nothing else will move.

I think you are wrong i have just sold my 1M for almost the asking price £45995.

There are always buyers looking for mint condition low milage cars like the 1M.

Look at the prices of M3 CSL,S my first car was 18 months old 20,000 miles 32k now a 12 year old CSL with this milage would be 55k +
The 1M prices are heading north for good cars

I have only done 800miles in 6 months and with winter heading over i sold it
The parts i have will be sold on here or ebay
Its heading to london on friday.

That was advertised as 'POA' not so long ago.

I notice the running in service was a little late...

It'll be interesting to see how the M2 influences 1M prices once the hype settles down.

I think the m2 is going to be mass produced and unless you have the basics (limited production, flared arches and a manual box) your not gonna be a future classic. Obviously racing history boosts values of classics too and the 1m is missing that.

Interesting but not surprising. Quality low mileage M3 CSL prices are heading north rapidly and the trade think 1M prices will follow if A1 condition and low miles.
