Headlight issues..
Had some headlight work done a while back, but the back covers were loose at some point so definitely got water in.
Driver side works just fine (found out last night the back cover was a bit loose too, but no signs of water damage) Passenger side low beam is out, everything else works fine. Ballast has water damage and is burnt out, tried replacing the ballast and that didn't work. Then I swapped driver and passenger side headlights and neither low beam light up. So it seems like the headlight has more issues than just the ballast and possibly the footwell module is out as well? Any other way to test this before buying new parts? |

If you can source a wiring diagram you might be able to be sure you're getting voltage to the right wires at the headlight. If yes, the issue's inside of it, if not then start heading backwards i.e. the module.
Sourcing that diagram is probably not going to be easy! |
