Dont be disheartened it hasnt sold. I made the most risk free, all cash, I handle everything offer possible and he is simply someone that has no interest in selling....

First off, cash doesn't mean anything since I still have to give it to my bank to release the lien so a bank loan would do the same thing for me. Second, whenever someone says they are willing to ship it, they are usually trying to scam you. I'm sorry if I seem distrustful, but I have to tell non-local buyers about why I will not ship. That is why "Local Pickup Only" is in the description of my posting.

I am interested in selling the car since I recently bought an M3 and this car is just sitting in my garage not being driven regularly. In no way did I ever tell UT09 that he cannot buy the car from me. I just told him that I was not willing to ship it while it was under my name and he was apparently upset by it.
