Spring is almost here, M3 rep wheel teaser pics >>>
These were difficult to get here in the states, but when there is a will there is a way. These wheels are from Belgium. I had to arrange the pick up via international FedEx. They took my paypal, and sent me tracking #'s as soon as they shipped.
They are 18 x 8 et40 front & 18 x 9 et 43 rear. They weigh about 22 & 24 lbs respectively, certainly not light, however they about 3 lbs lighter per corner than the OEM 264's. I also have Toyo R1R's on the way (225/255). They are a pretty new tire, but I do know this they look aggressive, do not run wide, and are one of the lighter tires on the market (23 & 25 lbs respectively) Here you go... I absolutely can't wait, but I will... I am running OEM 264's with Dunlop M3's, which btw are awesome in light snow...
I also have waiting to install BMW performance CF interior trim, a painted CF replica rear deck spoiler (space grey to match the exterior). They are in boxes at my office as well... I am also ordering koni FSD's next week, I will post a review soon after. Once she is looking the way I want I will focus on other aspects of performace, speed... I read somewhere that these motors can make a few extra horses with the right mods... |

http://www.mlv.be/ Since the one series has been out longer in Europe there seem to be more options that have more correct offsets. These are very nice wheels! They were shipped (packaged) with as much care as my Volk TE-37's were for my previous M3. Last edited by M3R1; 02-15-2009 at 08:31 PM.. |

There are more options with tires, http://www.mlv.be/wheels/38/offer/268/tyres/677, just not the type I would put on the rims.

if I did, the contrast (or lack of) would not work well with space grey. |
