Sway bar question
Hi Guys, which M3 front sway bar do you guys upgrade to? E92 or the E93
The E93 is 28mm and E92 slightly thinner 26.5mm i think. Is there a trade off for going to thick? |

From my understanding you can use either.
There are the part numbers and their German names! 1. Front anti-roll bar / sway bar (Stabilisator vorne) 31352283515 (Stabilisator vorne) 31352283516 (Gummilager Stabilisator Unterteil, 2x) 31352283517 (Gummilager Stabilisator Oberteil, 2x) 31352283037 (Haltebügel Stabilisator, 2x) 31352283441 (Pendelstütze vorne links) 31352283442 (Pendelstütze vorne rechts) 07119904295 (Bundmutter selbstsichernd, 4x) 33326768884 (Sechskantbundmutter, 4x) |

Is this kit all you need for the swap? http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...catalogid=4462 Or is the left and right linkage is also required, like Luster mentioned. 31352283441 (Pendelstütze vorne links) 31352283442 |

An alternate to the level 2 upgrade is to have Meyle HD control arms installed. They are harder than 1 and 3 series, but softer than M3.
HP Autowerkes have them http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=645274 |
