that these spec will work on a 135i lowered with BMW performance suspension?

18x8.5 ET35
18x9.5 ET40

going to put 215/3518 and 245/30/18 tires on them… also will do fender roll.

That'll be tight and probably rub occasionally

Should be fine if you're rolled and add negative camber to the front.

Yes. You can go with slightly larger tires in the rear if you need. You'll be rolling the fenders and running a decent bit of camber but it'll work.
